I have had the pleasure of speaking to many people in my line of work! As a resume writer, I can simply write, edit and send off the document and that’s that. But I usually get the opportunity to speak to these wonderful people and they are all across the globe.
However, it doesn’t matter if you are a part time customer service representative or an in-demand pro that can command six figures. We are all human. We all have (what we deem) as our weaknesses. And I have seen that sometimes insecurities can rob people of their strength to build amazing careers.
Yet, most of the time I know that the people I talk to can do it and be successful. They are too busy looking at what others are doing or what path others are following.
I have to remind them that they have the power to forge their own amazing paths. To accomplish great things. To create their own wealth. To help others. To share their passion.
Sometimes it isn’t easy, but you can do it! Because all of us have the power within us to have a successful career. It’s only a matter of believing in yourself and achieving your dreams while taking the time to helping others achieve their own!
